Return Policy

Because Qishen Auto Parts mainly serves quote-based wholesale and international B2B orders, return and replacement terms are confirmed before the order is placed. Many products are heavy, and international return freight can be expensive, so any return, replacement, refund, or compensation must be reviewed according to the agreed product details, shipping terms, and responsibility for the issue.

When there is a problem

If there is a product, quantity, packing, or transportation issue, contact us as soon as possible with photos, videos, order details, carton labels, and the affected quantity. Clear evidence helps us identify whether the issue is related to product, packing, shipping, customs handling, or local delivery.

Short shipment or wrong item

If an item is missing or the wrong item was supplied, we will review the order confirmation, packing record, and buyer evidence. If the issue is within our responsibility, and the buyer accepts the timing, we may arrange a replacement shipment. If replacement is not practical or the buyer does not accept the timing, we may refund the corresponding value after confirmation.

Transportation damage

Responsibility for transportation damage depends on the trade terms, shipping method, carrier responsibility, insurance status, and the terms agreed before the order. If the damage is within our responsibility, we will discuss a reasonable remedy such as replacement, partial refund, or another agreed solution.

Inspection after delivery

Buyers should inspect quantity, packing condition, and product quality as soon as the goods are received. If we do not receive feedback within two weeks after delivery, the order will generally be considered accepted, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the order.

Please do not send goods back without written approval. Unauthorized returns may create unnecessary freight, customs, storage, and handling costs.
