Bulk Pricing

Qishen Auto Parts is built for wholesale, project purchasing, and repeat B2B supply. Product prices shown on this site are reference prices in US dollars. They are useful for initial comparison, but they are not the final landed price. Final pricing depends on product model, quantity, current material cost, packing method, customization, destination, shipping route, and agreed trade terms.

Why pricing is quote-based

Many products in our catalog are heavy metal parts. For these items, a small change in quantity, carton packing, pallet arrangement, or delivery address can significantly change the freight cost per unit. A quote-first process allows us to calculate the total order more accurately instead of forcing buyers to make decisions from incomplete online prices.

Quantity tiers

Most products can be reviewed by quantity tier, such as sample quantity, small wholesale quantity, and larger bulk quantity. Larger quantities usually allow better unit pricing because production setup, packing, and inland handling can be spread across more units. However, the final advantage also depends on freight efficiency and destination clearance costs.

How pricing is confirmed

  • Share product links, SKUs, or product titles.
  • Tell us the quantity required for each item.
  • Provide destination country, city, and postal code.
  • Tell us whether you need logo, private-label packaging, drawings, or other customization.
  • We confirm unit price, packing, estimated lead time, freight options, and order terms.

For mixed-SKU orders, send the full list together. Combining products into one shipment can sometimes reduce the average freight cost, especially when cartons can be palletized or shipped by sea. If the order is too small for an efficient sea route, we will review whether air freight or express delivery is more practical.

We normally quote our best available price for the confirmed order conditions. Future orders are quoted again based on current material, labor, packaging, and freight costs. Unless costs decrease, we do not normally use a fixed next-order discount system; each order is recalculated so the quotation remains realistic.
