Pre-order review
Before quotation is finalized, we check whether the requested product, quantity, packaging, logo, drawings, finish, or shipping terms are suitable. If a buyer has critical dimensions, load requirements, fitment concerns, labels, or documentation requirements, these should be provided before the order is confirmed.
Order confirmation checks
- Product model, SKU, quantity, and specification review
- Material, finish, color, or surface treatment confirmation where relevant
- Packaging, carton mark, label, and private-branding confirmation
- Destination, shipping method, and export documentation review
- Photo or video confirmation when requested and feasible
Before shipment
For wholesale or repeat orders, buyers can request additional checks such as product photos, packing photos, carton labels, or specification confirmation before shipment. The availability and cost of special inspection requirements depend on the order type and product category.
