Can I place an order directly online?
This store is quote-only. Many of our products are heavy auto parts, and the final cost depends on quantity, destination, packing, shipping method, customs terms, and current freight conditions. We confirm the landed price before payment so buyers can make a clear decision.
Are the displayed prices final?
No. Displayed prices are reference prices in US dollars for comparison. Final pricing is confirmed after we review product model, quantity, packing, customization, destination country, city, postal code, and shipping route.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We can review export options for customers worldwide. We already have mature export and transportation experience for the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, and other markets. For some destinations, customs clearance can take longer, so timing must be reviewed case by case.
Which shipping method do you recommend?
For heavy or large-quantity orders, sea freight is usually reviewed first because it is often the most economical option. If sea freight is not suitable because of quantity, urgency, route, or destination, we can review air freight or express delivery.
What information do I need to request a quote?
Please send product links, SKUs, or product titles; quantity for each item; destination country, city, and postal code; and any customization, packaging, branding, or delivery deadline requirements.
Do you support OEM or ODM?
Yes. We can review logo, private-label packaging, customized specification, drawing-based production, and sample-based development requests. Feasibility depends on product category, quantity, tooling, material, and technical requirements.
Can I order samples?
Some products can be quoted for sample or trial quantities. Sample cost, preparation time, and shipping cost depend on the item, weight, stock status, and destination.
What payment methods are available?
Payment methods can include PayPal, Wise, and Hong Kong bank transfer. For suitable wholesale orders, deposit plus balance payment can be discussed before production or shipment.
What happens if goods are damaged in shipping?
Transportation damage is handled according to the agreed trade terms, shipping method, carrier responsibility, and insurance status. If the issue is within our responsibility, we will discuss replacement, refund, or another agreed solution.
How do you handle wrong items or missing quantity?
Contact us quickly with photos, videos, order details, carton labels, and affected quantity. If the issue is within our responsibility, we may arrange replacement if the buyer accepts the timing, or refund the corresponding value if replacement is not practical.
Will I get a discount on my next order?
We normally quote the best available price for each confirmed order. Future orders are re-quoted based on current product, material, packaging, and freight costs. Unless costs decrease, next-order discounts are not normally offered as a separate policy.
